Who is MyCoach?
MY COACH is Kathy Harmon, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®). She started as a part-time caretaker and weekend leasing agent for a 270-unit apartment property in Minneapolis, eventually becoming owner of McKenna Management Associates, AMO®, a property management company with a portfolio of 5,000 apartment and condominium units.
Kathy has co-authored six industry-specific textbooks and delivered more than 31,000 hours of live training.

WHAT IS
MY COACH?
MY COACH is the essential educator and Kathy serves as a mentor for everyone who manages, leases, or maintains apartment properties, or who supervises apartment portfolios. The program uses a platform that blends videos with PowerPoint to deliver training directly to participants’ desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, supplemented with homework and comprehension assignments.

The MY COACH library provides training on such topics as “Developing and perfecting leasing skills” and “Handling marketing and resident retention challenges,” and extends to developing numerous professional skillsets, with legal instruction, hiring and coaching techniques, time management, building self-esteem; effective communication skills; emotional intelligence; and much, much more.
